Do Not Call Improvement bill passes Senate

CDT reports that HR 3541, the bill to make the Do Not Call list permanent, has passed the Senate without amendment. It has already passed the House and is on its way to enactment. Originally, telephone numbers placed on the Do Not Call list were set to expire after 5 years.
